September 12th “Tamsin’s Teeth”

Sorry Tam, but it was raining and this was all I could think of!!
A butcher in Southwold once told me she would be a lucky child because of her crooked teeth!
This cast of Tam’s teeth was made on the 12th September 1986, by the orthodontist. Thanks to his skills she now has a fine set of straight teeth….maybe she’ll let us see them sometime!
One of the bottom ones is broken….that was an accident to the plaster and not an actual representation!!

A happy portrait of a little girl holding a Christmas present as snow is falling all around and on her. This is a circa 1910 vintage Christmas card illustration. The image was scanned from my personal collection and the color restored (digitally remastered). I also retouched it to remove scratches, cracks, smudges and age spots. This is typically about a 3 hour process.

When I got to church for praise team practice
Wednesday night the birth rosebud
from Sunday was still there.
I had attempted to catch grandfather after worship Sunday.
Grandfather went on a mission retreat with the youth this week.
I called him and he had returned home from his mission.
He was very tired but when I asked him to say "Grandbaby"
this great smile emerged.

Aspergilloma in old tuberculous cavity

The cavity provides a good environment for fungal colonization resulting in the formation of a mycetoma. Intracavitary mycetomas are most often due to colonization by Aspergillus but other fungi may produce similar lesions. Note the presence of a bronchus that communicates with the cavity (see NOTE).
